MelonTrinity
Sorry for the humorous title, I have *that* sense of humor. Anyways, I installed the game 2 days ago, and have been enjoying it so far (Even though I spent most of my time browsing mods). All seems well.... except for one BIG problem... You guessed it... STUTTERING. BIG BIG STUTTERING. This stuttering is heavy and lasts a second or so and is very frequent. It may be a mod I am using. Here are my mods:Mart's Mutant ModWeapon Mod KitsFallout Stutter Remover (FOSE Plugin, I suppose 'not a mod')Fallout Wanderer's EditionPurge Cell BuffersRH Iron SightsClutter RemoverDarnified UIFogRemoverLessViewDistanceVanishingPilesRC Stairwell FixRCMarket No FireBetter Game PerformanceClose to Realistic StealthLowResTexturesV2 I have been running this game fine. From The Vault to the start of the DC missions with the Brotherhood of Steel going to the museum (which is hard). I should be able to run this game in medium settings but I am running it in the lowest possible settings (except for texture size and resolution). My CPU is Intel Core i3 540 -3.06 GHz and my GPU is Intel HD Graphics (Which I think is bad for gaming)This game stutters so much. I am in "The Mall" part where there are Super Mutants. The game stutters whenever I quicksave, stay still, move, shoot, pause. EVERYTHING. I need this problem fixed ASAP. Just ask me questions and I'll answer. P.S. I always get detected when sneaking. Is this a bug or is this because I'm wearing Power Armor?
Purr4me
what is the actual load order?you have at least 5 mods ,and the rest are just fix it items, two delete a lot of stuff the others need...so, hic up's are in abundance.
M48A5
Your GPU is the problem. Fallout 3 does not get along with Intel HD Graphic chips. You can try these steps: http://forums.bethsoft.com/topic/1465357-installing-fallout-3-with-windows-78-and-xp/ They all must be done.
MelonTrinity
I will try M48A5's solution and check the results.
MelonTrinity
I am uninstalling all my mods and installing them 1 by 1. I will restart my game and check what's causing it.
MelonTrinity
It does not work. Still the same. Megaton is fine but when I go outside to the wasteland. The stuttering starts.
Purr4me
It does not work. Still the same. Megaton is fine but when I go outside to the wasteland. The stuttering starts.create a directory "C:\Trinity"open in explorer your current game directory, select all, right click selected and Move all into Trinity folder".reboot, select the games launcher from the new location and run it.see what takes place and post.If there is still a problem? Go to the hidden location of the games temp storage "C:\user, (username)\apps\fallout3\ delete these files. reboot.Run the launcher again ,this time IF it says the game is Not installed?" reinstall in to that folder. repeat.set up the ini files as you have done in the past...if you know what this is? "my documents\My games\fallout3\fallout3.ini"IF the game still exhibits bugs with zero mods added on? install the intel by pass mod's data into the root of the game folder next to the game's executable.http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/17209This is something we do need to see done and verified you have followed thru with, a screen shot of the games folder in full screen mode showing all the files contained will allow this.Question: do you have an external sound card ? there is a possibility the game is trying to run data " (twice) ", don't know what this means, it's not important, hardware is.your monitor needs to be set 1080 x 768, the games own graphics needs to be set the same.If need be I can instruct you on how to shove these settings down that PC's throat , Force it to render the correct data. in all of this, if your installing the game in it's default location, this will also cause these problems as you are suffering from a windows permission issue.kitty
MelonTrinity
I have uninstalled all mods (except Stutter Remover) and the stutter seems to be less. I'll reinstall them one by one to see the culprit. Yes, I have the Intel Bypass mod.
