It's a bummer for me, but like any rpg... You can always pretend till a mod comes out. I often wanted to tweak how armor degraded in Oblivion, but alas... Corakus Posted August 28, 2011 Share Posted August 28, 2011 I'm not sure what he was talking about when he said the upgrades replace repairs, I guess there's some sort of temporary boost you can apply to armor and weapons that will wear off over time, think I heard that somewhere. Iv000 Posted August 28, 2011 Share Posted August 28, 2011 Here's some info from a guy (sekou_trayvond) that was at PAX:-Lockpicking appears exactly as FO3. - Argonians regenerate health faster than normal as one of their special attributes. -Nords have Battlecry as their special. -Breton are much more resistant to magicka. -Witnessed another player collect a shout for Animal Allegiance. -Bounty for burning a chicken is 5 gold. -Horses come to your defense.- Enchanting altars have a skull surrounded by a bunch of candles. -Encountered a hunter.
