Unless you can just click on it and decline it.Well you pick a perk when you level-up, and to do that you have to browse through the skills, I'm guessing that while doing that you can also exit the menu since they did say that you don't have to spend your perk points if you don't want too.I don't know about the main stats though (Health, Magicka, Stamina). I expected as much but this is the first video to show a full body of an argonian when the player died .. also .. That kid and the dog were so well animated .. as well as the talking idle animation the guy was in .. it was just so far beyond fallout 3 or oblivion :D I'm impressed! Also .. regarding fallout3's use of armor slots .. the only thing I noticed that took advantage of what your discribing was the tesla armor .. maybe NV made more use of it ..
