LE Torch light and lighting controls (MCM preferably)

Id like to see a torch or and brazer lighting mod that can control three things about the lighting. A mod that lets you change the glow, the light radius and brightness of torches in increments. Ideally one that could make the radius, glow and brightness incrementally (x5 settings less than vanilla and x5 more than vanilla). So you could adjust those settings on all light fixtures and torches. This mod would ideally have the option to overwrite all sources effected by the mod, including overwriting other mods.

 

Ideally with optional npc torch handling behavior files. Because mods like "Immersive NPCs in the Dark" would probably have conflicting AI. Unfortunately none of these ideas have been fully captured by any mods since "Claralux More and Brighter Lights" and they have been removed and reviesed in that mod, along with the file being unsupported for like two years now.

 

Also it would be really cool if the mod allowed you to tweak the colors of your torch light a bit. Though that last part isnt super important to me, I would be a pretty standout feature for a mod type that really doesn't exist yet.

 

I've had and heard of quite a few people having problems where torches can become absurdly bright. I think it usually come from authors including torch resources in their mods that are too bright for other peoples game settings or mod selections.

Finally I am aware of "Light up the Night People Have Torches" and "Torches of Skyrim" as well as all the other mods that come up when you type "torch" into the search bar. Unfortunately those mods do not have what i'm looking for.

 

TLDR: Skyrim modding needs a fully comprehensive torch and brazer/ fixture overhaul mod. It hasn't been done as I described yet and should be IMO.
