Obse problem

The game freezes my computer right before the main menu comes in. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it twice I can't do anymore. Please help me.

Did you install obse to your oblivion folder and not the oblivion/data folder?

 

Are you running the game with the obse launcher?

 

Is your oblivion patched to the latest version?

 

How about your mods? How many mods are you loading and in what order?

This is often caused by a missing master. Could you post your load order?

download install and run BOSS as found on tesnexus

 

read its report and correct any issues it finds

If that is indeed your actual Load Order then your problem is obvious.

Oblivion.esm

Oblivion.esm must always be the first mod loaded.

 

As mentioned, download, install, use and pay attention to what BOSS - Better Oblivion Sorting Software tells you. As it stands your LO is all kind of awful.
