stebbinsd
It's been a while since I fired up the creation kit. But when I'm trying to do so now, it just sends me a bunch of warning messages about stuff it can't find. Even when I say "yes to all," it keeps showing these messages. There's about twenty of them, and when they finally stop popping up, the Creation Kit just freezes until I close it down. I'm only trying to load skyrim.esm, update.esm, dawnguard.esm, dragonborn.esm, and hearthfire.esm. So, I'm not trying to load any custom mods; I'm trying to create my own, from scratch! The hell is happening?
Wolvenna
Have you tweaked the SkyrimEditor.ini to let you load multiple masters?

DrNewcenstein
You don't have to add AllowMultipleMasterFiles, only AllowMultipleMasterLoads
Aragorn58
You don't have to add AllowMultipleMasterFiles, only AllowMultipleMasterLoads The line I meant is this one SResourceArchiveList2=Skyrim - Shaders.bsa, Update.bsa, Dawnguard.bsa, Hearthfires.bsa, Dragonborn.bsa Forgot to remove this from the post bAllowMultipleMasterLoads=
DrNewcenstein
No, I'm saying you don't put in bAllowMultipleMasterFILES=1. The line you enter under the General heading is bAllowMultipleMasterLoads=1. And yes, further down under Archive, you enter the DLC BSAs. That part's not being questioned.
