CheriTalor
One for the IT guys... Like to listen to the radio & my CD collection through my PC speakers at work (using Itunes software). but I regularly need to use Skype. my skype headset (a plantronics thing) has a USB connection. If I keep the USB plugged in, then my music goes through my headset.........not good. But if I un-connect my USB headset, then when some calls me on Skype I have to ditch the call, then plug the headset in, turn off I tunes (or pause), then re-open skype & get them to call, or I call them. Otherwise if I answer the call & manage to get the headphones on in time & plug the USB cable in, then the mic works, but theyre voice comes through my PC speakers, which I dont want. any answers anyone ? -------------------------------dr dre headphonesMonster Beats Headphonesdr dre beats headphones Edited January 11, 2011 by CheriTalor
SupermassiveBlackHole
I think this is the wrong forum for this but I'll answer your question anyway. In Skype, under options, you can set your speaker options and the speaker device, you'll want to set the speaker device in the drop-down list to the model of your headset. Then you'll have the Skype conversation coming out of your headset and Music from your speakers. Edit: I don't remember the layout of Skype clearly so my answer may be a little vague, but you should get the gist of it.
