Hair Issues

For quite a long time I have been having this issue and it looks really annoying, the problem is that in the areas closer to the face the hair starts to have a large amount of dots over it, The Unsettler is the only hairstyle I have noticed it on and is most noticible when you zoom up on your character or a NPC with the hair (do any have this hair?). I have also noticed this doesn't happen in the GECK.

Here is an image showing what is exactly happening.

Is there any way to prevent this from happening as it makes screenshots look very unrealistic.

Edit: By turning off Transparency Multisampling (AA for Alpha Mapped objects) The dots have disappeared, hopefully the difference isn't that noticible

If it helps my graphics card is an Ati 5750 running ATi Catalyst 10.12, this also happened on my laptop running a Nvida GT330M.

I am also having this issue. I changed the game settings in every way I could and it made no difference. Does someone know what the problem is?
