Lehcar
How do I make it so my partners (creature minions in particular) don't suffer a huge disposition drop or turn hostile on me if I strike them by accident? I'm particularly interested in how to get around this problem with creature minions because creatures never accept a yield... majikmonkee
Good question. I'd prefer they just always assume it's an accident and not start to hate you.

NellSpeed
You might try creating a custom faction for the creature that sets the disposition for the player to 100. I'm not sure how else creatures determine disposition, though. Is there any kind of dialogue attached?
David Brasher
It is part of the game. (It is a realistic part of the game too.) If you hit a person or animal with a weapon, it won't like you for it. You could script a ring or a spell so that use of it would stop combat and increase disposition of your creature minions.
