chaospearl
That quest pack contains a whole TON of different quest mods and city mods. And unfortunately the author of those mods is on poor terms with the Better Cities team, so it's incredibly unlikely that every single mod in the pack will work with BC. I do know that Origin of the Mages Guild and The Elder Council (two of the major quests in that pack) both work fine with Better Cities. TEC is compatible as-is, and OMG needs a simple compatibility patch that's included in the Better Cities mod. As for the other mods in the pack I don't know. You're better off checking out each specific mod one at a time, since that pack is huge. Also, some free advice: if you're a member of that website (the Engineering Guild) I would not suggest asking about Better Cities compatibility over on their forums. Just trust me on this. There's very bad blood between the two camps -- I'm not assigning blame or fault to either side, mind you -- and it's better not to stir the pot over there as you're likely to end up banned from the site and unable to download those mods at all. Mortrix927
The Engineering Guild no longer provides support for Oblivion.

Mortrix927
Go to OBMM, and the patch should be visible on the left. It will say something like Better Cities-OMG patch. If not, you'll have to dig the .esp out of the BC folder.
