cnhagenow
Try the troubleshooting steps laid out in this article.Good find, before I saw this link I used the cleanup tool, started 4 virus scaners and a rootkit skan. Next I am going to restart and reinstall .net versions. (I'm in the process of virus scanning, rootkit scan finished and AVG scan finished. Malwarebytes, Spybot and Stinger left to go. No viruses yet.) Edit: Spybot found and fixed 52 advertisement viruses. Hopefully one of them was causing the problem and has now been removed.
