2 Problems, need halp

Okay so earlier I was modding my game with some more mods I found and I was fiddling around with multiple ENBs and now my usual default ENB of the Apocalypse looks worse with film grain whenever SweetFX is on.

What could of caused this?

Second problem is after installing some mods (I lost track of when it happened so don't ask me to find the mod) now when I sprint it makes me go in to first person to do it and if I have limb damage, it makes me walk in first person while holding it. Also when aiming in third person, it makes me go first person.

Thanks.

You know... you can fix this entire thing using guess and check. Deactivate everything, and check if it works with no alterations made to the game. Assuming it does, then you just start activating mods until it breaks and then you have your suspects. Otherwise, if your game is busted with everything turned off then that means the mod(s) causing trouble are the ones which installed native meshes and textures without an esp/esm activator. This should narrow things down greatly to 1-3 mods, given that most of them require an esp/esm in order to actually work. Make sure to save before doing this though... otherwise you risk losing a lot of your crap...
