LegoManIAm94
I am starting up a new project for Oblivion which is a new worldspace called Thanmania. It is going to be a desert and a jungle island. It will have five cities, eight towns (Like in Morrowind), some caves, mines, camps, ruins and shrines for wilderness places. I will use the same buildings for multiple towns and cities unlike Oblivion where you don't see Anvil Buildings used anywhere else but in Anvil. The land will be divided into two parts like Colovia and Nibenese. And all the eastern towns and cities will use the same buildings as for the western cities and towns. There will be a new weapon and armor type and I may also use models and textures resource that others have made. If you are willing to help or have a question please post here. EDIT-We are going to make this project for Skyrim instead. Deleted1848331User
I'm going to inferr one region is called Than and the other Ania :P Lol, I'd love to help either way. As you know, I can't model too well, but I can do scripts and exteriors, interiors and NPCs, AI and worldspaces, dungeons and path-grids, etc... You get the point. I'm also guessing the new world space is going to need some pathgridding, which I'd be more than glad to do some of, but not the entire thing if the worldspace is going to be as big or nearly as big, or larger, than Cyrodiil... Thats a lot of work to think of... lol I do have a question though, now. How large will the landmass be? Cyrodiil sized? Vvardenfell sized? In the middle? LegoManIAm94
Well it is going to be big as Cyrodiil, Elsweyr, and Valenwood combined but it won't be as much work as it sounds. Most of the land will be bare so we don't need to add rocks or trees. Only 20% os jungle and 15% is mountain/rocky/desert and there will be not as many winderness locations in Cyrodiil. LegoManIAm94
I know that I can generate the land and build the cities and settlements. I will be doing most of the work which will be in the CS. If you can make me some models then this project can happen. And 60% of the land will have no objects placed at all since all I need to do is smooth the land out and put a sand texture. ub3rman123
Have you looked into some of the resources for desert buildings out there? Mr_Siika's Jurad City set might also prove of use.
LegoManIAm94
I have looked into some but I never heard of that you you mentioned. I hopefully will use Dune Part III, Desert Architecture Beta by Darkness Eternal if he gives me permission.
