brokedownsystem
@Purr4me The Problem is, that all the Mods dont work. There is not even a texture Bug or something. The Game looks like before i installed all the mods. But Fallout 3 is still running without Problems, no crash, no freez. @Arkngt I downloaded the ArchiveInvalidation via Nexus Mod Manager and activated it also with this Programm @Arkngt I downloaded the ArchiveInvalidation via Nexus Mod Manager and activated it also with this Programm OK, I'd uninstall the standalone version and use the inbuilt Archive Invalidation in NMM instead. The standalone version either has to be installed manually, when you also have to edit the ini, or installed via its exe installer. Easier to use NMM's variant - just toggle it on under the tool icon. Hi...I'm running into this very same issue. I uninstalled the standalone archiveinvalidation tool, and just toggled on whatever's inside the NMM. However, when I try to install the FWE, I get messages saying that archive invalidation is not turned on, although it's clearly checked under the tools menu of the NMM. If I ignore these messages and just forge on ahead, the NMM shows that the FWE 6.03 hotfix is up do date, but that the earlier 1 and 2 install parts of the FWE are stil outdated at version 6.0. All 3 components, besides that outdated flags on parts 1 and 2, show green checks. Finally, besides the archiveinvalidation which didn't appear to work, when I launch fallout 3 from the NMM, it says that FOSE isn't installed, although I copied all the .DLL files and the fose_loader.exe from this location http://fose.silverlock.org/ ...into what should be the correct steamapps Fallout 3 goty folder (the one that has fallout3.exe and also the G.E.C.K.) M48A5
You need to check the FWE comments pages. You cannot just forge ahead and install FWE with NMM. Extra work is required. You cannot run FOSE from inside Program Files. Your operating system UAC will not allow it to be installed. Uninstall Fallout 3, do a computer restart and install it in a location outside of Program Files. This will also correct the Archive Invalidation issue.
