crash on startup

im having similar problems it crashes on startup i have 1.7 patch fomm fose type3 and breezes

this is after a reinstall because it was crashing whenever i entered an interior cell now it just crashes on startup

install Wrye Bash and BOSS

 

run BOSS from within Wrye Bash (tiny icon on the bottom line)

 

read the BOSS report and correct any thing it warns you about

 

then correct any red/orange marks remaining in Wrye Bash

i did that and managed to get the game to start but it crashes as soon as i enter an interior cell i can fast travel or walk around the wasteland fine but no interiors

wrye flash is not reporting any problems (i found lingsdlc to be red so i deactivated it)

I tried Wyre Bash (Gary Bash) which also had a problem with Lings esm, making the box orage colored which is sapposed to be bad or something. And there were too many mods couldnt be reordered properly so were showing in pink which meant they werent in the 'right' spot according to Bash, and I couldnt find out how to reset it, so ended up switching to Fo3Edit which is a lot more automated, and easy to update (just need to delete the bash esp and start again) Give it a try
