LE [request] Destroy an item does not give enchanting xp

I made a search on nexus but the only mod the has this features is Requiem but it change too many things for my tastes.

 

This could be involved scripting. It's I don't know how Creation Kit handle xp skill system.

 

Any help is very appreciated.
