Help with XEO5

Hi all,

I've just started using mods like Qarl's Texture packs, the unofficial patches and a few others and I'm really enjoying Oblivion now. However, I can't seem to find a way to mod the NPC models to something other than the butt-ugly vanilla ones. I've tried using XEO5 (http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=30857) and I've followed the readme exactly but the npc models still look exactly the same. I have OBSE and BOSS installed, all my other mods work fine except this one. Could I get some help?

1. About loading order, XEO should be lower than other mods that modify same NPCs.

2. You have to build Bashed patch to import status, inventory, AI, and others. Since XEO replaces stock NPCs' races to duplicated custom ones, importing NPC faces may not work well.

**I recommend you to get XEOSP(google is your friend). Currently it's the latest version, and some male NPCs' faces are improved(and textures are changed).

I'm having problems too. I'm not sure if I installed xeo5 correctly because when I load my game, the screen is black. I can still interact with everything but I can't see anything. Please Help!

Make sure you have bfacegentexture set to 0 and are on HDR screen not bloom. also keep to the bottom of the load order . any other overhual mods for npc and races . remove them. there is how ever a slight problem with XEO V5 the skin for the High elfs. imperials, Nords, bretons and red Guard all have a single skin setting for there body's and the heads skin dosnt match. is any one know how to fix this id be very happy XD
