What triggers a certain script to run?

Regarding the CS, Is there any way to fix the terrain issue, or do I have to resort to trial and error to position things? In other words, start the game to see where things are?

Not that I know of. You see, the problem is that your mod is not compatible with BC, that is the reason for this thread. If I were making a patch, I would first fix the terrain issue before doing anything else, but then I'm not a patch expert -- I've heard of people creating patches entirely with TES4Edit, and bypassing the CS. That's way beyond me.

Thanks for all your help. I may try to fix the terrain issue, but the original CoC replacer had the same issue so it's probably way past my abilities.
