Pelopida
So, a while back, at early days of 2015, Immersive Detection of NPC (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/61255) made his way to the Nexus. His creator Versonshu looked to be very talented and was really listening up to the user's feedback. BUT SUDDENDLY HE JUST... disappeared. Initially the mod got praises from left and right, Brodual and MMOxReview made entusiastic video-review.Everyone thought that finally the Ultimate Sneaking mod was been made. And right now it has 5k endorsments, made in roughly 5 months.I tried the mod myself some months ago. I started a new game. A stormcloack had a little fire on his belt. Like if there was a lantern, but the metallic parts of the lantern wasn't there. Pretty UN-immersive bug, isn't it?So i immediatly remoed the mod and went to the comments page. It was filled with bug reports: Papyrus logs cluttered with script errors, NPC wearing torches (and yes, torches, not lanterns) even while sleeping, meditating or inside a room, various detection problems and so on.Again, pretty UN-immersive, right?I mean, this mod was aiming for the maximum immersion possible and it completely failed due to random bugs. What also was really crapping me was the multiple files in the download section. How im i supposed to know if im playing with dark nights or very dark knights? Whats exatly the difference? Also why not making a simple fomod installer? So now i'm dreaming of a modder that can pick this mod up and update it.Cleaning bugs, semplifing the installation and possibly making some compatibility patch, for mods like "Master of Disguise" (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/45047), Perma, etc. Make the dream real pls.
