that looks like what i was looking for but im no modder so i have no clue how to use a group of dds files with no folder or filepath descriptions as to where to put them. it looks more like something you might add to another mod then a mod of its own.

 

it says things like "unzip and put the 'raiderfemale' folder in Fallout 3\Data\textures\characters" and there is no 'raiderfemale' folder in the game or the mod file so either this is a "Fallout 3 Only" mod that hasnt been ported over yet or its a mod for "experienced mooders only"

 

That mod is packaged poorly, imo. It should already have the folder path intact but since it doesn't, you'll have to make them yourself. Go inside your NV Data folder at Steam\steamapps\common\fallout new vegas\Data\ and if you don't already have them make folders until you have textures\characters\raiderfemale. Place the files from the Dusty Raider download inside there, activate Archive Invalidation and go play.

ok thanks, so i need to create a "raiderfemale" folder to put inside the "textures\characters" folders

 

then follow the instructions from there :thumbsup:

 

leaving out a small detail like that isnt that small of a detail for someone trying to use the mod lol

Yes, all you have to do is make that new raiderfemale folder and place the .dds files from the download in there. :)
