CTD when opening menu 5 minutes into game

So when I launch Skyrim and load up my save file everything is fine. I'm using SkyUi but I can browse all the menus with ease. It's only after about 5 minutes into the game do I start noticing things. Some times when I open my item menu, large colorful shapes start floating around the screen and then the game crashes. But most of the time after 5 minutes the game just crashes every time I open a menu. But like I said it works fine for about 5 minutes. Any idea what might be causing this? Here's a list of my load order if that helps. I use Loot to sort my plugins and I've used TES5Edit to clean all original files as well as any files Loot says needed cleaning.

Bumping this. Same problem, even the colourful artifacts. Currently, both the magic and inventory menus will 100%, completely reproduce-ably crash the game. Map and Skills aren't too sure if they want to cause nonsense or not.

That's exactly the same issue! I'm not sure how to fix it. It's not a hardware problem as my CPU, GPU and RAM are all working at normal levels. I've tried disabling all plugins and the problem didn't occur. So it has to be mod related somehow. I just can't figure out what kind of a conflict would cause this.

I can't either, and now the favourites menu won't open. It makes the bass sound for menu opening but nothing actually opens. I really don't want to go through my mods one by one - there's too many dependencies. Anyone have ANY ideas?

Done some testing. Disabled SkyUI in Mod Organizer, and its dependents Trade and Barter and Dual Sheath Redux - crashes my old saves on load. Started a new character, get a bunch of warnings from different mods that SkyUI is not installed and MCM is missing, etc. BUT, i can access all menus no problemo. Seems to be SkyUI is the culprit, and I really don't want it to be.

It's got to be a conflicting script file. Somewhere in the Data/Scrips folder. SkiUi shouldn't conflict with anything but both of our testing proves that it's directed at that mod. I'm starting a long shift at work but when I get home tomorrow, if nobody has found a fix. I'll go through the long process of checking each plugin one by one. Also reinstalling SkyUi. But I really don't want to do that for obvious reasons haha.

So SkyUI menus work with the new character too. Dammit. Still reliably crashes the other characters though. Installed new beta version of SKSE - does nothing. Reinstalled SkyUI - nothing.

Is this just simply corruption of character(s)?

So I can't figure it out. Too many plugins rely on Skyui for me to effectively go through the load order one by one. I'm getting the error on new games as well as save games. Even after using the Save cleaner tool. I'm at a loss. Disabling every plugin fixes the issue. But like I said too many of my mods are dependent on Skyui that I either have to delete everything.... Or reinstall the game. Which isn't an option as I just recovered from a clean install. I know it can't be hardware related as I have 16GB of DDR4 Ram, i7 5820k processor. Dual SLI GTX 960's and All games are run specifically on a stand alone SSD drive dedicated to games. I'm at a loss here
