Fallout 3 and random crashs

Which is odd as I was playing it with out any crashes at all and now suddenly it wants to crash. Well, let's go through the synopsis. I have a bunch of mods installed and played through a game with out too many issues, just the usual game being a jerk because I am doing things it doesn't like, like having a companion at Point Lookout. I try the unofficial patch and it has issues so I uninstall it, tried the HD texture pack, had issues, wiped the game and let Steam reinstall it, put back in the mods from their archive files, and it played beautifully, could play for hours with out crashes. I put in this mod to fix the GNR radio (as I still have the issue with Three Dog talking about the BoS kicking out the Enclave from Project Purity as early as your first forays into the DC Ruins despite a fresh install from Steam) and that broke GNR further. I was hearing Three Dog go through several minutes of doing nothing but intros. So I take out the patch, load up the game, save the game, close, and continue from that point. I then got crashes so I put the mod back in and just turned off GNR and it was fine for a bit but then it started to crash again after playing it a bit. So I don't think it's the new mod I added, as it crashed with out and crashed with. I also uninstalled Microsoft Live and updated it to 3.4 after reading another person's post here. Nope, still crashes after a bit of game play. So I'll include a list of mods and the crash log Microsoft generated when it had to close Fallout 3 unexpectedly. I hope someone here can make sense of the mumbo jumbo in it and tell me what needs fixing. :P Thank you for your time.

Out of everything listed here only Darnified has really ever given people any trouble. Check for glitches on their page. However, for the most part what you should test is an earlier save which existed before any of your problems started. This is to maintain the content load pattern just in case your later saves were corrupted. Remember, even though content may not be loaded if you booted a mod this does not mean that your game won't suffer long lasting problems. You can try reinstalling everything after backing up your saves as a last resort, but that's a serious pain so I don't recommend it.

Well... That seems to have fixed it mostly... I tried that Stutter Remover and it seems stable for now, though when I tell the game to quit back to desktop it instead crashes. :P So I am going to have to take a wild stab and say something driver related, maybe video, maybe I just need to clear off the HDD and give it a good defragging. I'll have to keep messing with it. Thank you.
