[Mod request/how-to] Mysterious Elf skin

Wanting to either get the Mysterious Elf robes/hood/mask, OR perhaps would be easier is to find a way to get that mesh/skin and put it on Geralt. Anyone up for this? And if not, any ideas how one might do that so I can do it myself?
