more human reality, less sci-fi

Is there anyone wich wud mind creating a mod wich substitute ghouls and feral ghouls with a human faction, or members of an already existing one?

I do know most ppl loves ghouls, i do not, and i wud like to get a more human vs human feeling.

 

Also, if its not that tricky a brief tutorial for noobs like me on how to do it cud work.
