I have a few mods and I'm not sure which to go after in solving this issue. A few weapons are just showing up with the Exclamation Mark thing. So far it's the Multiplas and The Terrible Shotgun. Here's my Load Order.

You need your load order corrected, it is a complete mess. You also need read your load order and disable and uninstall unnecessary plugins. Once you have done that, you can start to troubleshoot your problem if it still happens.

READ the BOSS log. You have unnecessary plugins. For example, EVE FNV - NO DLC.esp, you have the DLCs. This is just one example. You have other plugins for no dlc and all dlc. Choose which is correct and uninstall and delete the wrong ones.

Compatibility patches must load after the last mod they are patching.

Those are disabled. MO just loads them all, I untick them. I'll paste my new load order. Remember that any No DLC plugins are unticked.

I've found the problem. MO is great, but it really throws all the old rules out. I had to have Boss run through MO. Done that now, here's what I hope is the correct load order.

Apologies for the frustration, I'm new to MO.

Okay, I've done a little testing. Both The Terrible Shotgun and the Multiplas are EMs, even with the correct load order, but if I drop them, I can see them just fine. What is making them disappear if I equip them?
