Unstable Mod list troubleshoot

Hopefully this isn't going to be too painful for people to help me with, I got some advice from... capSAR in chat, but it seems New Vegas is being uncooperative for me.

 

I've recently come back to New Vegas, but it seems the mods I wanted to use this time around result in an unstable order. Or I screwed something up in installing certain patches, because they didn't leave directions about which things should override what. Anyway, I tend to experience a crash when launching a new game, approximately when the white screen begins to fade, and the pre order pack items are added. Sometimes I manage to load one of the pack items before the crash, but usually not.

 

I've sorted with LOOT, and also attempted reinstalling the game everything from scratch and I experience a crash. So, apparently LOOT sorting won't solve the problem, but it's the extent of my knowledge of the subject of troubleshooting mods. Any help you guys can provide would be great. Thanks in advance!

After checking on a hunch, I've determined the issue has something to do with A World of Pain, but I'm unsure how to fix the issue, so advice for making A World of Pain play nicely with this mod loadout would still be awesome.

Attempting to figure out Wyreflash or bash to reduce conflicts as well, but I seem to be having issues where wrye says a mod wants to load an ESP before an ESM... which isn't going to make avoiding conflict easy.
