numb162
ok, i was messing around with wrye bash and i tried to merge some files into bash patch. wheni started the game it crashed. so i took those files out of bashed patch and back into oblivion/data folder. then i went to obmm to redo tho omods. when i got on obmm most of the squares were red or black. so then to try to fix it i just reactivated all of the mods and clicked overwrite on everything afterward. once i did this they were all blue or green... i thought it was back to normal, i did boss, reordered them, got everything back the way it was, then i started the game........... -.- it starts to load to the main menu but when it tries to change from the oblivion symbol to a loadscreen (the ones with a picture and caption) it just crashes. i try to restart multiple times, doesnt work. i do a lot of troubleshooting and eventually i just activate the darknified UI mod to see what happens. the game works fine after that..... except that i absolutely HATE that mod. the letters are way too small for my computer screen and i cant read a thing in the entire game. what i eventually deduced was that i somehow deleted the original loadscreen file (dont know if thats what its called) when i activated the darknified ui before this mess. so now im looking all over the internet looking for a way to restore the original oblivion UI without having to reinstall oblivion and lose all of my mods (i have TONS!!!) and my progress on those mods... does anyone have any idea what i did if what i said was wrong. or a way to restore original oblivion ui settings instead of having to use that terrible darknified ui. or even just a way to reinstall oblivion without deleting all of my mods, settings, saves, etc. or just a mod that will give me another uiwith bigger font would be fineall help is appreciated. thank you! Hickory
Reinstall DarkUI Darn and use the options to install a larger font. Simple.
