CTD when loading most save files

Lately, I've been noticing that I've had more CTDs then usual.

What's going on is that about half of the time, when I load up a save file to play, I will get a CTD. It takes about five seconds from load to crash when I'm in the game world, and it doesn't matter if I fast travel or what - CTD. The first time I noticed this was en route to Kvatch; I saved on the road to Kvatch and turned off for a while, when I got back on I spurred my horse forward, and about one second later - crash.

Reloaded again. Turned another way and attempted to move that way - crash. Tried again, and fast traveled to Kvatch successfully. It took a second and then - crash.

Normally I'd just brush this off but, since the aforementioned incident, it has been happening in a way that's frequent and unpredictable. The save files are not officially corrupted, but I can't do anything on them except move a few steps forward.

This has not just been happening on one character. It happens about half the time when I use my High Elf and about half the time when I use my Argonian. I have been deleting some mods that had been previously found in my save files, but my High Elf was recently created and I haven't deleted any mods since making him. I have deleted some since creating my Argonian but had absolutely no difficulty with CTDs until now...

If you need my load order to figure anything out, tell me, I don't have Wyre Bash and I'm not going to download it (Verizon Wireless doesn't like the country where I live) unless I have to. I do have Oblivion Mod Manager and OBSE v.19 beta, if that matters at all.

Thanks,

If you refuse to download Wrye Bash (and I'm bamboozled regarding your reason, particularly since you have downloaded OBMM and OBSE), then you are depriving yourself not only of the tool that could very well aleviate your problem, but THE most useful tool in the Oblivion modding arsenal. A load list given from any other current means than Wrye Bash is extremely limited in the information it gives to those trying to help.

no, I can download it, it just takes a while and loading other sites gets annoying ;-; but I'll do that now, if it's needed.

it's been downloaded, although i'm slightly confused as to what to do and the only thing i've tried is removing bloat and repairing abomb both of which i do not have...it still doesn't seem to work, although it takes a little longer to crash.
