Does ENBoost really allows Skyrim to recognize more than 4GB?

Hello everybody, I have been modding Skyrim for a year and after installing more than a hundred texture mods and having uGridsToLoad=11 a big stuttering has appeared, and this is my computer...

- Intel Core i7-4710HQ CPU 2,50 GHz

- Windows 8.1 x64

- 32 GB Ram

- Nvidia GeForce GTX 880M 8GB

- HHD 1TB 7200 rpm

- 24552 Total Available Graphics Memory

I thought it was impossible to experience stuttering with such a powerful computer even with a full modded Skyrim but then I red that Skyrim only recongizes a max of 4GB VRAM and the only solution is installing ENBoost, which allows Skyrim to recognize more VRAM....

I installed ENBoost and I checked the Skyrim Performance Monitor, which shows that Skyrim is using a 99% of the abailable VRAM and shows that this is 4GB, so it seems that skyrim still recognizes the same memory than before installing ENBoost, which is not working.

How can I configure ENBoost to make Skyrim recognize more than 4GB VRAM please? Is it really possible? I have been configuring the enblocal.ini file but I have no experienced any improvement in performance, and here you have my configuration:

ENB uses another executive to assign more addressing than the 3.1ish gb limit set to Skyrim via 32bit programming. This executive acts like a swap file in memory. VRAM doesn't care about RAM memory allocation. You either have only 4gb 880m or you have two 880m in sli (which does not allow for stacking gfx memory). ENB does not "allows Skyrim to recognize more VRAM....", It does allow Skyrim to use more than 3.1ish gb of RAM.
