Body/face mods. Only for PC char? or also NPC's?

I was wondering, the top downloaded body and hair mods like:

- ApachiiSkyHair

- DIMONIZED UNP female body

- Realistic Ragdolls and Force

Are these only for Player characters? So not for NPC's?

Unp will change all female bodies (not faces, there are other mods for that)

There is another mod that will apply apachii hair to npc's but otherwise it's just you.

Realistic Ragdolls is applied to everything
