It should be: Fallout3 Anchorage ThePitt StreetLights - the only mod that should load between the DLCs. BrokenSteel PointLookout Zeta Plugins to be arranged in the same order. To make it easy, download and install BOSS http://boss-developers.github.io/ You don't need patches for both Followers Enhanced and FWE without Followers Enhanced.
