yoyoguy678
Well, it seems I spoke too soon. A few NPCs in the Anvil docks like to walk off of the bridge when I start a new character there. But since I know what it is I should be able to solve it. "or you have lock times set in Wrye Bash (though I don't see a Bashed Patch), or you are using OBMM at the same time as Wrye Bash." I hate to be the idiot on the forums asking about apparent information, but is OBMM incompatible with Wrye Bash?

If you use BOSS and/or Wrye Bash and then use OBMM at the same time or afterwards to order your mods, you are undo-ing what BOSS and Wrye Bash have done. The only thing that OBMM is any good for is bsa manipulation, and (if you must) installing via OMODs. OBMM should be used first, and then closed before using BOSS or Wrye Bash.
