Crash on Launch

I am not sure what happened, but the game crashes on launch. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, and it won't go past the PLEASE WAIT screen. The problem isn't mods, as disabling all of my mods doesn't fix the problem.

Same problem, only when I uninstall all my mods the game launched just fine.

AS for your problem, it appears that you either didn't do the steps or you did the steps incorrectly.
