Peregrine
I believe a spell/potion of cure common disease will get rid of it if you do it within the 3 days between getting the disease and becoming a full vampire. And then there's a much more complicated solution if you wait too long. But I wouldn't worry too much about it, its pretty bad odds of even getting it to begin with. With all the vampires I've fought, I've never even gotten the basic disease.
LALALA
so i should go and slay that guy without much trouble(i am level 39.is that enough)
DreamOfTheRood
Level 39 is far more than enough to defeat the vampire clans. I went on a rampage and destroyed all of the vampire clans before I reached level 20, so you shouldn't have any problem with this whatsoever. Dream ... Bad_Skeelz
As stated above, the odds of being bitten are pretty bad. I went into a tomb with 4 vamps, stood there helmless and let them attack me for 5 minutes striaght. Not once did they bite me. Also, they seem to have the same amount of HP as your common rat, and Umbra's Sword delt with them swiftly. Also this was done at level 20. So yeah vamps seem to be pushovers, have fun killing this one.
Blackmage
Save often. I stumbled on a Vamp clan in a Dwemer ruin and cleared the place out till I couldn't carry anything anymore. Very profitable excursion if I do say so myself.
Malchik
The only possible problem is if you intend to become a vampire later in the game. There are some 10/11 quests you can only get if you are a vampire. Unless you use a cheat you will be lucky to know which clan you are going to belong to. If you are bitten by a Clan Berne vampire and you have cleared out Galom Daeus you will lose the clan quests (three). You can still do the others (or at least most of them even if you have been slaying indiscriminately) but it removes a dimension from the game. If you don't want to be a vampire go get 'em. Dagger of Symachus
I'd like to make a suggestion that if you join any of the vampire clan's your should join Aundau (spelling?). The only reason is that it is the only way to get two good artifacts. They aren't unbeatable artifacts, but they are good enough that a collector is worth going for it. Also at level 39, you probably have resistance to all diseases by now. If so then you can only get vampirism through a common disease which you are now immune too. Well not immune. There are other ways of becoming a vampire after becoming immune... Speaking of vampires, are there any cursed vampire dusts in the game. Because I'm sitting on a ton of normal vampire dust and with a very high alchemy skill you see that vampire dust has a option to give you vampirism. So if there was cursed vampire dust then there would be a way to make vampirism potions. I don't think there are. But if you found some, tell me. I'd probably just make a potion and keep it as a keep sake for being a vampire for a little while.
DreamOfTheRood
That's Anudae. They can be found in the Sheogorad region just west the island of Dagon Fel.
Malchik
I think the spelling is Aundae. Their quests are more interesting than Berne. I am still waiting to play Quarra. I found when I was bitten in Galom Daeus that even after I became a clan member the guy who had bitten me continued to attack. It may be easier to be bitten in one of the tombs.
