Stock Vanilla OB Crash every 10 min with an OBSE start

Hello guys, Recently i stated having frequent crash every 10 minutes (not a sec more / less) in my Full modded game, so i did the usual and uncheck all of my mods and stated the game (SI included) with OBSE

Even then, i have a crash every 10 minutes... WTF ?

i have v19 or so of OBSE...

 

Can this problem be related to my PC and not to the game itself ?

Guys, i;m desperate Please help !

Is it really your mod order? Oblivion.esm should be the first to be loaded, otherwise you can get problems who knows. For the rest, consult to BOSS.

Yes it is, it was taken using "Export / Import" then "View Load Order" with Oblivion Mod Menager...

Can't believe what your saying... I always played like this... Till now !

If your crashes are all at precisely 10 minutes real time no mater what you are doing in game then I suspect something external.

However, Lfact is right about Oblivion.esm having to be the first thing in the load order. I'm surprised you can play at all with 3 esm being loaded before Oblivion.esm

 

You may want to try using BOSS to set the load order.

Ive fix the Load order with Ob's .esm loading first... Still get the Frequent crash every 10 minutes...

I recommend doing a new clean install of Oblivion and don't add anything, no script extender, no mod manager, no nuttin cept maybe use the official patch.

 

Does that still crash every ten minutes?

 

If so you may have a heat issue with either your CPU or GPU. Also it could be an issue with running out of memory.

Are you using an older saved game? Mine isn't nearly as modded as yours and it was rock-solid for awhile and then I started getting frequent crashes, sometimes for no reason at all, but usually during transitions between cells. I just started a new game and had no crashes during nearly three hours of play. I've noticed this in the past, as well, and recently read that autosave can corrupt saved games, and am suspecting that might have contributed to my own problem with game instability. Do you have that enabled? Except for Robert's body replacement and the official DLCs you have we aren't using any mods in common, so I can't speak to the possibility of mods clashing with each other.

 

And I'm with bben -- I have no clue how you even managed to run Oblivion at all with those other esms loading before Oblivion.esm. If you start up the game immediately after it crashes, and it runs OK for about ten minutes, I seriously doubt this is an overheating issue, because there wouldn't be time for anything to cool down significantly during the few seconds it takes to restart Oblivion. Fatalmasterpiece has a point about a memory issue, though. You might want to locate "Process Explorer" (Google it -- it's a download from Microsoft's site) and run it alongside Oblivion and monitor your system to see if memory usage rises dramatically just before a crash.
