Fallout 3 - Addons won't be recognized

Hi! I hope someone can help me here, i searched through Google like crazy but can't find anything. If this was already posted i'm sorry, i really couldn't find something specific similar to this.

So i played Fallout 3 until the end and of course was interested in Broken Steel and the other addons. Bought them, installed them. And yes, i have the original copy of the game and also the addons, bought them on Amazon. It was already a horror getting to the part "Two Weeks later", the game would just stand still, noone would push the buttons in the purifier. Sometimes it just would let me see the credits as if there was no Broken Steel at all.

At some point it somehow worked, but Owyn just wouldn't talk to me (is Owyn his name? Totally forgot...). He was in the room (as seen from using tfc) but just stood there.

So that was the next problem. Then i read the thing with the "enableplayercontrols", it worked out, i could talk to him, got the quest to go see Rothchild.

It already started there. I could read the part where he says that, but his lips didn't move and there was no voice. I couldn't hear any of the new sentences in the game and the lips also won't move at all, as if they wouldn't say anything.

Then i thought i would test it with Anchorage. Got to Springvale where i guess should be a radio signal? Well, i didn't get one. In the last house when you go down the road on the right side are three red !-markers. So i guess something should be there. Thats when i just started testing directly. Searched a new monsters ID and placed it besides me with "player.placeatme xxxxxxx". Yes, it was there, the popular red !-marker-ghoul. Oh i hate those.

So yeah, long story short, i have all the addons checked, tried re-installing it (without ANY other mod) but the problem still exists, the game somehow just can't load any of the new stuff. No dialogue, no NPCs. And i really don't want to play "The Revenge of the Red !", i don't think that would be a game for me.

Tried it with mods (just clothes and body replacer) and also new installed without any other mod. Still doesn't work.

I installed it on my D drive, i have Windows 7. I heard bought with Windows Live you should install it on your main drive because GFWL downloads the data there, but i have everything on disc, so i can't imagine that that would be a problem.

Yeah... any ideas on what to do? It gets kinda frustrating already.

Edit:

Sorry, just now saw the DLC-sticky. I will look into that, but if theres any other idea i could do please say so. I'll try the method of the sticky later on or tomorrow. Sorry for not noticing it sooner.
