"Sorry, you don't have permission for that!"

Okay whenever I try to post something on the forums here it always says "Sorry, you don't have permission for that!" and right under that it will say something like "The administrator has limited the number of new posts you can submit within a short time frame. Please wait 47 seconds before replying or posting a new topic." This seems to happen all the time for some reason. Though despite this it seems my posts still appear on the forums, so I really don't know what's going on here.

This has been an on going issue with my profile for over 6 months long before the big fancy neon green banner.

None of what you originally mentioned was a profile issue nor did you mention it as having been a problem for 6 months prior to the current issues with the forum - that sort of information might prove helpful in pinpointing your issue. Have you tried previous posting a support ticket for this or read through any of the other threads detailing various similar issues? Or is this an intermittent problem you've had trouble pinning down enough to post a report on before now?
