Hickory
I did what you said, and it has seemed to make a difference (thanks btw). I was crashing seemingly every minute before, now it seems like every ten minutes or so. Since you can actually play, and the crashes occur after a while, are you sure that your system is up to the task of all of those mods? Here is Bben's crash help article. You should read it an try the suggestions. Also make sure that your computer is clean.

StonedApe720
My PC is fairly clean, and I tried disabling Bob's cheat mod (didn't change anything). I've noticed that it will crash at the same spot every time (Imperial waterfront near the pirate ship). My PC is pretty good, so I'm somewhat doubtful that my video card can't handle the graphics. The Waterfront is a well known low fps/lag area -- massively so with BC installed -- so yes, it could be your computer choking in that area. rscaper1070
You need to add a Bashed Patch. You need to copy the Bashed Patch, 0.esp from the mopy\extras\ folder into your \\Data\ folder and run BOSS. Then, in Wrye Bash right click on Bashed Patch, 0.esp and select 'Rebuild Patch' -- in the latest version of Wrye Bash (which yours isn't) there is no need to right click and select 'Mark Merged', as it's all done automatically. When you press 'Rebuild Patch', make sure that you check the following: Merge PatchesImport ... [Go through each 'import' option and if there's a mod in the right window, check it, and the Import... option.]Cobl Catalogs [ONLY if you use Cobl]Contents CheckerLeveled ListsRace RecordsSEWorld Tests [ONLY if you have Shivering Isles installed] The Globals and Tweaks are optional, but should not be checked unless you know what you are doing, and should be left alone while you are troubleshooting. Everything else should be left unchecked UNLESS you know that you need it. Thank you for this. I was going straight up crazy trying to figure it out. None of the installation guides mention this at all. Thanks.
StonedApe720
I lowered my graphic settings considerably, and that has seemed to help with the crashing (I was able to get through my crash-point on the water front and move through the wilderness better). Are mods that intensive? I can max Oblivion without mods easily, but with mods I have to bare-bone it quite a bit.

Yes, a heavily modded Oblivion is one of the most graphic intensive games there is, mostly because of the old engine it uses -- it's not optimised for today's multi-core processors.
