Creating Compatibility Patches?

It's been 5 years since I've last used the GECK and I can't for the life of me remember how to create a compatibility patch for my mod (MHATO) that will move the terminal from Personal Terminal.

I figured I just had to activate my mod and PT without setting an active mod then move the object and save as a new esp, but it's not working.

-_-

Exactly what is not working? If the problem is that you can't load both esp's in GECK, you need to set:

bAllowMultipleMasterLoads=1 in the GECKCustom.ini in Documents/My Games/Fallout 3

But hard to help with no details.

When I load fallout with both mods and the esp that's supposed to move an object from Personal Terminal, the object hasn't moved at all. I need to make it a patch for public use, so I can't just make the change in PT directly.
