Easiest to do via NMM, if using it - otherwise, use the standalone Archive Invalidation Invalidated.2. Make sure bLoadFaceGenHeadEGTFiles=1 under [General] and bInvalidateOlderFiles=1 under [Archive] in your Fallout.ini (in Documents/My Games/Fallout 3).
