WastelandAssassin
well, it's not that you did something wrong (at least, i don't think so), it's that you didn't do the specific something right basically, if you look at the signs that the game has, you'll see that this specific one says WTF??? missing meshes, or something like this there are two reasons for this sort of sign to appearthe first is the most common mistake with new users, and this is that they didn't use Archive Invalidation (which is a must, if you want to see new content in the game)the second option is simply that you installed the mod in a wrong way, and so didn't put the files in their places (which also happens, but not as common as the first) so, i would guess that you problem is the first oneget OBMM (if you don't have this already, then get it and OBSE which is needed for this to work), open OBMM, click on Utilities -> Archive Invalidation, and this should solve the problemof course, launch the game through OBMM, after you set the load order in it i really hope this helpsand if there is something you don't understand, try searching on google, or ask here (but usually google is faster than waiting for answers)
madfefe
thanks for the help, I have OBMM and OBSE but i think iv saved OBSE in the wrong place im playing the game wit steam so i saved it in Program Files/Steam/Steam Apps/common/oblivion/Data, is this the right place to save OBSE and mods for the game. I followwed your instructions with OBMM but when i click on Archive Invalidation it comes up with 4 choices : BSA Invalidation, BSA Alteration, BSA Redirection (which is currently selected) and Universal, which one do I pick? Thanks for the rlly quick reply
Hickory
Please do NOT use OBMM for anything other than creating/installing OMODs and extracting/creating bsa files. Leave the setting on default (archive redirection) -- anything other than redirection is outdated -- and install ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated. Please read the installation instructions carefully. This goes for every time you install anything.

Hickory
I found this thing called an OBSE launcher and it gives you the option to lauch oblivion with OBSE That's just silly. The OBSE launcher comes with OBSE when you install it. You just need to make a shortcut to:\Oblivion\obse_loader.exe
