Better Cities trouble

For some reason I am seeing ground tears and terrain weirdness in BC's Bruma. I swear I've tried everything, I've made sure it's as low as possible on the load order, and I've tried using OBMM's conflict detector and weeding out all the mods that were editing the Bruma worldspace but nothing is fixing it...

 

I just have no idea what to do... please help :(

 

I also can't examine it in the toolset because it keeps crashing the toolset almost as soon as I try to load the BrumaWorld.

If there are land tears then there is a mod loading that conflicts with BC. A mod list would help. Please post a list via Wrye Bash, as in this example:

And I did run BOSS

Did you update the BOSS list? And how many of those mods at the bottom is it actually recognizing? Any mods that it does not recognize will show up at the bottom.

For example... You've got two unique landscapes placed way at the bottom, which is probably what's causing Bruma to get messed up.
