Prenihility
My save file that i backed up from the original turned out to be messed up, just like the original... There are guards in Leyawiin that have female voices. Its messed up. The question is now: How do i save my woodelf, she's perfect! I need to make an EXACT copy of her. Omg...i worked on that character for so long... She's irreplaceable in the Woodelf department :( . How can i make her again?
Davrehck
there should be a save folder where characters are placed.. though its actually safe files..
micalov
if you just mean looks, back up the save file of here. Create a new woodelf female save with your game and save, use http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=36471 to exchange face data ( will work with oblivion save files to)
WastelandAssassin
are you trying to recover the character as it is (meaning level, skills, equipment and all), or just the looks??because if it's just the looks, this could easily be done with the Face Exchange program if you are trying to recover the character as it is, in full, then you should probably try to find the source of the problem, and fix itor, if you have a save file before the problems started, you may want to return to iti'm really sorry that i can't give you some better advice, but i have never had this specific problem, nor do i know how to fix it (though i guess it's mod related, so you should be able to fix this)
Prenihility
Yes, the look is what im trying to save. Nothing will be changed/compromised if i use this program? Also, btw, can someone link me the right program? That one is for Fallout New Vegas. Edited February 7, 2011 by Prenihility

Prenihility
Ok, got the program up and running, how exactly does this work?
WastelandAssassin
if you are using the face exchanger, than it should be very easywhen you open it, you should have a window with two boxes, an input and an output boxin the input box, put a save of your character who's face you want to use againin the output box, put the save to which you want to paste the face (you should know that if the save used here is of a different race, the result may look different, how different depends on the races) if this isn't the window you get, then please state which program you have downloaded
Prenihility
Yes, im using FaceGen Exchange. So the input/output files are the saves in the C:/Owner/Documents/My Games/Oblivion/Saves folder?
