InuyashaFE Posted February 7, 2011 Share Posted February 7, 2011 Okay, so we all know what Skooma does. It provides a few attribute bursts, sure. But do you really feel it? What exactly makes it so much of a drug, rather than a normal potion? There's an inebriation mod that fixes up all of the drinks so they actually feel like alcohol.Why not do something similiar for Skooma? I was thinking, if an experience modder is up to it, they can take a look at the lore and put in some visual effects that would be more in tune with what a drug would be like. Some ideas--Hallucinations, such as seeing a few fake monsters here and there. Or if it's possible, hallucinating that the actual people ARE monsters.Maybe some severe change in color around the player's vision, everything could be clouded with red, green, blue, etc.General screwery with the controls, possibly making it harder to control the player, to simulate how hard it is for a person to control their actions when they're high.
