Texture problem...

Flip the normals (a low explanation post asks for a low explanation answer)

 

 

Download nifskope (latest version) and doubleclick the helmet mesh. Rightclick it, select mesh, then flip normals.

If that doesnt work, click the helmet, and expand the highlighted tree branch to the left. Rightclick the material and remove it, then open up one of the imperialsoldier armor meshes (extract them from your bsa using obmm if you hadnt already) , copy (ctrl+c) one of the materials, paste (ctrl+v) that in your helmet branch.

If that doesnt work, try redoing the normalmap for the texture - there are a few good tutorials on it (the best is on the cs wiki) but i cant link as im on my iphone
