TidalWraith
It's some kind of 'make' file you don't need to extract it it should do so automatically. EDIT: Automatically when you open the launcher that is. Edited June 28, 2015 by TidalWraith

TidalWraith
Where i need plant this , which folder? skyrim dic You don't need to put it anywhere. Steam Workshop should place it in the correct folder by itself and is the only supported way of using .ckms. Zaldir
When you subscribe to a mod on Steam Workshop, it will be auto-downloaded the next time you open the Skyrim launcher.
Pevey
It's just a checksum file. Just leave it be.
