Load ordrer (with number 1 as the first):

- Fallout 3.esm

- Anchorage.esm

- ThePitt.esm

- BrokenSteel.esm

- PointLookout.esm

- Zeta.esm

- Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch.esm

- megalight.esm

- mutant.esm (this is my own mod, which I created for myself. Look at ***)

*** I wanted a higher challenge. So I made every single enemy in the game, to have more health. Every weapon dmg have been butted too. I also edited the companions. Dogmeat + Fawkes + RL-3 does not level up with player. I made them right away lvl 30 with 850hp. All other companions level up with the player, starting from their respective default levels.

THE PROBLEM: The Unofficlal patch also messes with the companions. Making Dogmeat + Fawkes + RL-3 to level up with the player. But if you look at my load ordrer, will my mutant.esm mod override the companion settigns in the unofficial patch?

I have FO3edit installed alright. Have seen a FAQ video and read a decent guide. And yet I still dont feel to have the balls to edit something in it. Acording to what I see in F03edit, it says my mod is the conflict winner. But there are also red values items.

My questions are if I should fix something in FO3edit? Or if anything with the required helpfull knowledge would take a look at my mod?

From the FO3Edit Training Manual: "To get a conflict you need to have the same FormID defined in at least 3 modules, a master, and 2 overrides. The conflict arises when the two overrides change different aspects of the same record, so that

when the mods are loaded by Fallout3, the last-mod loaded overrides the changes of the first-mod. Thus the last loaded mod is the, “Conflict Winner” while the first mod, whose changes were overridden, is the, “Conflict Loser”."

The training manual is available here: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/8629/?

Thanks for reply, and providing the manual.

My question is how much do I need to read it, for the stuff I am asking about? As there are 137 pages. I am not looking to become a super elite FO3edit. I just and only need to check, if my mod is the final winner. Which I think it is. But who nows if I have overlooked something

The manual comes with a Table of Contents. I have always read that and determined what parts I need to read to accomplish the task at hand.

In your case, it would be Chapter 4, "Conflict Detection and Resolution".

It is not recommended that you follow Chapter 3, "Master Update and Master Restore" blindly.
