Ulfur92
I am working on a mod, that uses a mix of default and custom AI; but everytime I go to edit my custom AI packages, the Construction Set crashes. I am using the current version of Oblivion and the Construction Set; My operating system is Vista.
Hickory
If you have Oblivion installed in 'Program Files', uninstall and reinstall to somewhere like C:\Games\Oblivion, and add the oblivion.exe and tesconstructionset.exe to your DEP exclusion list. Ulfur92
ok, I think its because I have a double up of files, so I will remove the one in program files; and keep it on my portable hard-drive.
Ulfur92
Found another problem with CS and the mod If I merge a plugin of the mod to the master file (SD Mod v0.2.6.esm) it causes the Worldspaces to duplicate. with the duplicate copy have the newer content. How do I go about fixing this?
Astymma
Found another problem with CS and the mod If I merge a plugin of the mod to the master file (SD Mod v0.2.6.esm) it causes the Worldspaces to duplicate. with the duplicate copy have the newer content. How do I go about fixing this? IMO, the best tool for managing the internals of an esp or esm is TES4Edit.It's much easier to use for cleaning/editing a pre-existing esp or esmthan the CS. Ulfur92
TES4Edit v3.0.15 Loading Oblivion.esm, Cobl v13.5, SD Mod v.0.2.6Jacket.esm and SD Mod v.0.2.6esp [00:13] Background Loader: Fatal: <Exception: "Cobl Main.esm" requires master "Oblivion.esm" to be loaded before it.>
Astymma
TES4Edit v3.0.15 Loading Oblivion.esm, Cobl v13.5, SD Mod v.0.2.6Jacket.esm and SD Mod v.0.2.6esp [00:13] Background Loader: Fatal: <Exception: "Cobl Main.esm" requires master "Oblivion.esm" to be loaded before it.> Yeah sometimes the load order created by automated sorting tools such as obmm can place the file timestamps too close together and TES4Edit can't tell the proper order. The ONLY flaw in an otherwise wonderful application. Way to find it right off the bat lol :) I generally just move the file in my loadorder, save the load order, then move it back and save again. But I do still stand by TES4Edit, best tool imo for editing esp's and finding/removing conflicts.
