Mothership Zeta crash

Basically I played the entire DLC normally up until the bridge portion. I opened the door, killed the cap instantly with VATS and tried to destroy the other ship but got stuck because I couldn't figure out how to do it. I made a quicksave (that always made me explode after a short amount of time.) I kept reloading the save and ended up crashing the game. I went ahead and relaunched the FOSE Launcher but none of the saves would load properly. It would get to the loading screen and just crash. I also don't have any proper saves on the ship except for an autosave and a quicksave. I don't believe it's my save that have screwed it, my mods perhaps. Every save I try and load also doesn't work too, and before I load any of my past saves it says that this save relies on content that I no longer have. Probably worth noting that I've torrented my DLCs. Here's my load order. It was different when I had the problem.
