why you americans never seem to question nor be able to look at the background of poeple running for president? to busy watching tv? no, really it must be asked.

 

atleast in italy they know about it and are like okay, it is the mafia, whatever. they are not in illusion about it, but some of them cheer. *rofl*

of course it must be said the problem exist more or less everywhere.

Speaking from the outside, I'd say the president you have at the moment is regaining respect for the U.S. Despite the entrenched views of business and related media he seems to be doing things which benefit real americans as well as making a start at the long job of sorting out the hideous mess created by 'entrenched business and related media' and a previous set of recent administrations which have dazed people with their lack of connection with the realities of the world.

 

As for Trump he'd be just another element of the rotation between the republican party's candidates who seem to be selected on a basis of either or both folksy apparent idiocy or for being part of what seems to be a growing oligarchic class based on wealth.
